Completed FODMAP training with Monash University.

Where?

My home office, Four Winds, Belfast (address provided on booking).  Parking in driveway.

Or from the comfort of your own home – try a Zoom meeting.  You don’t need any fancy tech, just an email address and a device with a camera.

When?

Being self employed and working from home gives me the flexibility to work when you are available (in so far as is reasonable!).

So let me know your preferred days / times, and I will accommodate that if I can.

How often?

There are 3 distinct stages to the FODMAP plan:

  1. Low FODMAP stage – remove foods high in FODMAPs from your diet.  If your symptoms improve, we can presume that FODMAPs are causing your symptoms.  This stage will last a minimum of 2 weeks.
  2. FODMAP re-introduction stage – in this stage, you will continue with the low FODMAP diet as per stage 1, as you go through a structured process of introducing one FODMAP type at a time to check tolerance level.  This stage will take at least 6 weeks.
  3.  On completion of FODMAP re-introduction, your tolerance of each individual FODMAP type will be used to predict your tolerance of a range of foods.  You will receive a  personalised report, outlining a range of foods you can re-introduce back in to your diet, and those to be restricted or avoided at that point on time.

The frequency of meetings is dependent on the time required for stages 1 and 2.
